MB is so interesting...any time I have some kind of issue, I either add it to water or drop it under the tongue and it seems to help. I've especially used it for battling colds that the kids bring in and mom for the win...no sickness for me. I use it before red light therapy and it has helped my winter blues. Only downside is that I've stained the inside of my toilet bowl! 😂

I am very pleased with this product. My energy has increased almost immediately and my sleep is much better

I’m going very slowly as far as dosage but it seems to have lifted the mental fog and depression for the most part. Having that clear up makes it well worth the money.

I’ve only been taking it for about a week and a half now so I don’t notice a ton of difference yet but I do work at a daycare and the stomach bug has gone around horribly in that week and a half and I haven’t gotten it. Even if I see no other benefits fighting these germs is worth it to me.
