So far I have enjoyed the Reishi and Lions Mane the most for the purpose of slowly weaning myself from psychiatric medications (completely off of abilify and now working on zoloft). Been experimenting with different doses and uses throughout the day. I have noticed they have a very regulating effect on my nervous system. Reishi in particular before bed or when feeling anxious from the detoxing of meds. The Lions Mane I have yet to be more specific in use. Either way, they have been helping my overall coping in addition to self control in lifestyle and taking every thought captive (2 Corinthians 10).
*Warning* Never suddenly stop the use of psychiatric meds. Always use caution and time to allow the body to adjust to each titration. I have found 3 months between each change to be very beneficial. But tune in to what you need! Theres no rush, just wisdom and grace as you learn to be you again ☺️
