Progesterone is the body's primary hormone of protection and resilience.
Progesterone is widely known for its role in the female reproductive cycle — preparing the uterus for implantation and supporting early pregnancy. But this view dramatically understates what progesterone actually does.

Highest Quality OTC Progesterone
This progesterone supplement raised my urine PdG (a metabolite of progesterone that tends to track fairly well with serum progesterone levels) from 2.58 ug/ml to 16.22 in ONE DAY, the highest it’s ever been. This took me from way below what I needed, passed the minimum of 10, and well into the “ideal” range! That said, ultimately I did have to go with prescription progesterone unfortunately because of the severity of my body’s need for progesterone right now. But, we trust this product more for quality and purity, so we were sad to part with it. Just needed a much higher dose for our immediate needs right now. If I ever need to supplement with progesterone again, and I can take lower doses, this is exactly what we’ll be buying!
Amazing for skin as well!
I've been taking LifeBlud's Protect for 4 days now and decided to put one drop on my face. Wow!! My skin is a lot smoother and glowing. I used to take the other Progest-E that you need to keep in the fridge and that was very inconvenient. This one seems to be fantastic so far. I had to reduce from 6 drops to 4 twice a day as 6 was giving me anxiety. I will probably work my way back up to that slowly.

Difficult for me to use.
I'm sure this is a fine product, but for me there is something in it that makes my throat scratchy and uncomfortable, so there is no possibility of holding in my mouth, under my tongue, on my gums, etc., it is just too irritating to my mouth. Just FYI that it's a possibility. I wish I had only ordered one bottle to try first.

It s really well absorbed by the skin, it has a calm effect, make it easier to fall asleep. It helps to reduce the estrogen dominance symptoms.

Life Saver ( not being hyperbolic)
I was on pregnenalone for years but around the time my menses stopped I really could see I was autistic my entire life. I could no longer mask or cope with much ans I once did and my sleep was destroyed and hot flashes and I aged overnight. ( okay that’s was hyperbolic). Wonderful SLEEP aid
I know that for men in general, progesterone tends to bring on sleepiness. I take 6 drops and night and noticed a significant difference in how fast I fell asleep & how much more refreshed I felt in the morning. Additionally I usually get up once to use the bathroom and would often have trouble falling back asleep. But this has made a huge difference with even this, where I hardly recall getting up.

Much prefer using this type of progesterone over the suppositories that the doc prescribes. Have used it for all 3 of my pregnancies. Works great. Very expensive for the amount I need daily but it’s just a temporary measure to support ttc & early pregnancy in my case. I really trust Adam’s formulation here-this stuff packs a progesterone punch, can confirm overdosing will lay you flat out. The bottle can be difficult to open is my only note-it’s one of the childproof ones and can be adult proof too :)
Protect/ timing
I have only been using this for a few of weeks . At first nothing much of a notice. About the second week one day I took protect a couple times that day and became irritated lol. Next day I just took one dose, next day one dose and so on. Now I am starting to feel the benefits. I FEEL GOOD. It's a steady calming happy feeling throughout the day. I feel more thankful than usual for all the good things in my life. Most likely because I am calmer and happier in general. One thing I should mention though is If I take it too late in the day I wake up too early and can't get back to sleep for a couple of hours. The funny thing about it is that when I wake up I want to get up and start my day but it's way too early. I feel energized and happy. I think everybody needs to find what dose works for them and the timing. I will say that so far I love this product. I think with a good diet and this Protect it's possible its kick starting my Thyroid. :) Have a wonderful day.

Thank you!!! I’m in Canada so it’s so hard to find a supplier here. I starting taking this after stopping hormonal birth control and it has gotten rid of my anxiety and mood almost entirely. 10 plus years of struggling gone within a week!
My only issue is with the seal, sometimes it gets all over the top opening and I feel like I’m wasting it but I think it’s because it’s so thick! Either way I just apply the access on the sides to my gums and face

I have taken this the last two nights. 3 drops one night, 6 drops the second night. Couldn't go to sleep, couldn't stay alseep. Any suggestions from those taking this product for sleep/bone/post meno issues? Thanks you. Wasn't sure what to rate it as I haven't had a chance to give it a good chance. It works for me in my premenopausal
I try to experiment and start carefully with this, and I only took 3 drops on first night and what a difference was in my sleep, slept much better and feel well rested and energized in the morning. So far I like it and no side effect and I’ll continue take it.
Progesterone for sleep
I went from a 200 mg per night bioidentical progesterone capsules to Protect 6 mg. It was a huge difference in dosage and I think it took my body awhile to adjust but all is well now. Mainly take this in post menopause for sleep. Noticed on my Oura ring deep sleep has improved! I’d like to attribute that to this highly absorbable formula.
hot flashes diminishing
I use the progesterone internally twice daily and in a very short time I noticed my hot flashes diminishing. They aren't gone yet but I know this is helping. I love the formula too. The taste is totally doable. Highly recommend.
Great for pregnancy
I'm on my 5th pregnancy, and very well versed in progesterone support (worked with Naprotechnology to naturally conceive and support our first healthy baby). Injections seem to be standard of care for providers who know what they're doing. But I was intrigued by Ray Peat's approach of rubbing progesterone into the gums (he says it is absorbed right into the bloodstream and bypasses digestion). So as soon as we got pregnant this time, I began using these drops orally morning and night - 6 drops on my tongue and rubbing it all around my gums/palate/mouth. My first progesterone reading was a healthy 38. A few days later, I got tested but did NOT take the drops that morning and my level was 24.8 (just below the recommended 25), and my midwife suggested injections. I asked to test again a couple days later, took the drops in the morning, and my level was 42! I know there are many things that can affect progesterone, but this is so encouraging. I'm so grateful to be able to use something so simple as a progesterone support I can trust.
Good Product!
It works very well for sleep. I've yet to see what other changes may occur; I am postmenopausal. I like the texture and the taste isn't bad either.
