Why flush the liver?
Over time, toxins and sludgy bile can accumulate in the liver and gallbladder. This can lead to bloating, sluggish digestion, hormonal imbalances, and low energy. A liver flush helps move that congestion out—so your body can do what it’s designed to do. You may notice improved digestion, metabolism, appetite, and even emotional clarity after completing a flush.
Adam has refined a liver flush protocol inspired by Andreas Moritz and Hulda Clarke—something he’s done 16+ times with incredible results. This method is gentle, effective, and sustainable.

Day 1-5: Prep
Drink 1L+ of organic apple juice daily (or use malic acid supplements) for 5–6 days before flushing. This softens bile and gallstones. Continue with a health-promoting diet with local, seasonal carb sources where possible, pasture-raised meats, eggs, and dairy.
Additions:
- Tart cherry + sea salt + lemon + sparkling water for a hydration drink (extra malic acid from cherry)
- Bitter greens in salads or cooked as a side. Digestive bitter tinctures also promote bile flow.
- Take TUDCA MAX in the morning on an empty stomach. Tudca promotes bile flow.
- Take digestive enzymes. I recommend @mitolife Digest-it-All
- Coffee enemas
Day 5: Flush
Do not consume fatty foods or significant protein consumption. Stop taking supplements/coffee/bitters/etc. Only take the malic acid, before noon.
Breakfast: Oatmeal cooked in water, or low-fat milk, with maple syrup
Lunch (BEFORE 1 pm*): White rice with sea salt or tamari
After 1pm: Only water onwards
Flush Protocol
Mix 60g Magnesium Citrate (Calm) into 800ml of water. Prepare citrus juice for later.
6pm: Drink 200ml of Mag mixture
8pm: Drink 200ml of Mag mixture
10pm: Drink 1/2 cup grapefruit or lemon juice shaken with 1/2 cup olive oil and then go directly to bed. Lay on your right side.
Day 6
6am: Drink 200ml of Mag mixture
8am: Drink 200ml of Mag mixture
10am: Resume eating and drinking as normal.
Afternoon/evening: Coffee enema or water enema. Expect bowel movements the next morning that help flush out bile and debris. Rest, hydrate, and nourish your body gently afterward.
Evening/next day: Use binders and natural laxatives (cascara/oxypowder) or more ememas if necessary to keep bowels moving and continue flushing further bile.
