While we are not 'allowed' to provide medical advice, menstruating women have typically used Protect cyclically, taking 6 drops twice a day orally, only between ovulation and menstruation, and not taking it from menstruation until the next ovulation.
For topical treatment of sun damaged skin, burns, acne, or wrinkles, Protect can be applied directly to the affected area.

We are unable to offer medical advice regarding the usage of progesterone, such as inquiries related to pregnancy, menopause or substituting medications. We recommend that these inquiries be directed to your medical provider for proper guidance and assistance.

Main Benefits

Bioidentical progesterone for stress, hormones, and resilience.

Less stress & anxiety

Inhibits cortisol overproduction and calms excitatory neurotransmitters — the body's built-in brake on the stress response.

Hormonal balance

Inhibits aromatase to counter estrogen dominance and block the downstream effects of excess estrogen in both men and women.

Brain & nerve protection

Receptors throughout the brain support memory, reduce anxiety, protect neurons, and maintain myelin sheath integrity.

Bone & skin health

Stimulates osteoblast activity for bone formation and supports collagen integrity in skin, joints, and connective tissue.

The Problem

Modern life suppresses progesterone — and amplifies everything it's meant to control.

Chronic stress, poor sleep, excess PUFA, and environmental estrogens all drive progesterone down while pushing cortisol and estrogen up — fuelling anxiety, fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, and hormonal imbalance in both men and women.

Protect addresses this directly — using bioidentical progesterone derived from wild yams and dissolved in a Vitamin E and MCT oil base for optimal transdermal and sublingual absorption.

Inhibits aromatase & reduces excess estrogen
Suppresses cortisol & HPA axis overactivity
Neuroprotective — supports myelin & cognition
Stimulates osteoblasts for bone formation

The Science

Why your body needs Protect.

The Backstory

Progesterone is the body's primary hormone of protection and resilience.

Progesterone is widely known for its role in the female reproductive cycle — preparing the uterus for implantation and supporting early pregnancy. But this view dramatically understates what progesterone actually does.

It is the body's primary anti-stress hormone. Adequate progesterone prevents excess cortisol production, inhibits the enzymes that increase estrogen, serotonin, and histamine, and dampens the excitatory neurotransmitters — ACTH and NMDA — that drive stress and anxiety. It is also essential in men, where it supports testosterone production, bone health, and prostate protection.

Anti-Cortisol, Anti-Estrogen

Progesterone is the hormonal counterweight to the modern stress cascade.

Chronic stress, poor sleep, excess PUFA, and environmental estrogens all suppress progesterone while driving up cortisol and estrogen — a hormonal imbalance that underlies many of the most common symptoms people experience today: anxiety, fatigue, weight gain, depression, brain fog, and poor sleep.

Progesterone directly counters this. It inhibits aromatase — the enzyme that converts androgens into estrogen — and blocks the receptors through which excess estrogen causes harm. When progesterone is adequate, the body has a meaningful defense against both stress-driven cortisol surges and estrogen dominance.

Brain, Bone & Skin

Progesterone is neuroprotective, bone-building, and skin-supportive.

Progesterone receptors are distributed throughout the brain — in the hippocampus, amygdala, and cortex. Adequate levels improve memory, reduce anxiety, and protect neurons from excitotoxic damage. It promotes myelin sheath integrity, supporting nerve transmission throughout the body.

In bone, progesterone stimulates osteoblast activity — the cells responsible for bone formation — helping to prevent and reverse osteoporosis. In skin and connective tissue, it maintains structural integrity, supports wound healing, and reduces the degradation of collagen — effects that extend to joint, tendon, and ligament health as well.

Bioidentical — Not Synthetic

Bioidentical progesterone is structurally identical to what your body makes.

Protect contains bioidentical progesterone — molecularly identical to the progesterone the human body produces naturally. This is fundamentally different from synthetic progestins used in pharmaceutical contraceptives and HRT, which bind progesterone receptors but carry a different safety and side-effect profile.

Derived from wild yams through an enzyme extraction process, Protect is fully dissolved in a Vitamin E and MCT oil base for optimal transdermal and sublingual absorption — with no synthetic solvents, no fillers, and no PUFA carrier oils.

Not just progesterone. Protect.

Our Protect

  • Bioidentical progesterone — molecularly identical to endogenous progesterone
  • Fully dissolved molecular serum — consistent dosing, maximum absorption
  • Vitamin E & MCT oil base — no synthetic solvents or PUFA carrier oils
  • Dual-use: sublingual or topical for skin, wounds, and sunspots

Other Progesterone

  • Synthetic progestins — different structure, different safety profile
  • Suspended rather than fully dissolved — inconsistent dosing
  • PUFA-based carrier oils — soybean, sunflower, or synthetic solvents
  • No third-party purity or contaminant testing

Common Questions

Questions, answered.

Is Protect just for women?

No — progesterone is produced and needed by both sexes. In men it supports testosterone production, bone health, prostate health, and tissue integrity. It can be especially helpful during periods of high stress or trauma.

What does bio-identical mean?

Bio-identical means the progesterone molecule is structurally identical to the progesterone produced by the human body. It's derived from wild yams via enzyme extraction, then dissolved into an MCT and Vitamin E base for optimal absorption.

How does progesterone help with estrogen dominance symptoms?

Progesterone inhibits the enzymes that increase estrogen production and blocks some of estrogen's downstream effects — helping to relieve acne, weight gain, depression, anxiety, breast tenderness, and cramping associated with PMS, PCOS, and endometriosis.

How is it applied?

Protect is a serum applied topically for absorption through the skin. The MCT oil and Vitamin E base ensures the progesterone is fully dissolved and readily absorbed.

Restore the hormone that keeps everything else in balance.

Bioidentical. Fully dissolved. Filler-free.
