Magnesium Taurate & Magnesium Glycinate capsules

MAG+ combines two forms of amino acid-bound magnesium, which provides benefits from both bioavailable magnesium and the highly therapeutic amino acids Taurate and Glycinate. These amino acids are GABA-promoting, anti-inflammatory, and provide a relaxation effect. Bioavailable magnesium is both extremely anti-stress, as well as essential to the creation and conductivity of energy all throughout the body.

See the product background tab below to learn more about the importance of magnesium in the body.

Taurine is an amino acid with a long list of impressive benefits.

It has been shown to: [3-11]

  • Thermoregulate (body temperature maintenance)
  • Balance calcium homeostasis
  • Improve detoxification
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Improve testosterone production
  • Help maintain electrolyte balance
  • Regulate blood pressure
  • Protect from liver damage
  • Improve glucose levels
  • Reduce cholesterol levels
  • Support neurotransmitter production
  • Protect cognitive function

Glycine is another highly therapeutic amino acid. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, and pro-metabolic.

Some benefits include: [12-21]

  • increasing glutathione
  • improved sleep quality
  • increase healthy lifespan
  • reduces tissue inflammation
  • reduces high blood pressure
  • collagen production
  • liver protective

How to Take

Take 4 capsules daily, with or without food.

Can be taken in conjunction with Balance (magnesium bicarbonate)

Magnesium is not just a mineral, it's a key player in our metabolic function. Without it, our bodies struggle to create the energy needed for every task, big or small, that we tackle each day. By ensuring we have adequate magnesium levels, we can support our overall health and vitality. Check out our blog post: What is Magnesium & Why Do You Need it? for a more in-depth look.

Why are we deficient?

It's no wonder we often find ourselves deficient in magnesium. Our modern lifestyles, filled with stress, intense exercise/sweating, and/or lack of sleep, can quickly deplete our magnesium levels. Even factors like dehydration and low thyroid function can contribute. That's why it's crucial to replenish our magnesium levels daily, to support our bodies in the face of these challenges.

    Excellent product

I'm very pleased to have mag glycinate and mag taurate together in the same product, as the amino acids make the magnesium more bioavailable to the body. These capsules go down easily! I'm very happy with Mag+.
