Shipping to USA:
US and international orders are shipped from one of our three facilities in Georgia, Texas, or California, based on which is closest to the customer (subject to product availability).
Shipping to Canada:
Canadian orders are shipped from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
When can I expect my order?
Note that all shipping times listed at checkout (for example: 2-4 days) are only estimates and not guaranteed timeframes for delivery.
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of placement. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text message, which will provide an estimated delivery time once the tracking is in motion.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to most countries in North America, Asia, Europe, and AUS/NZ. You may check if we ship to your country by navigating to the checkout page, and adding your address.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your shipping address. However, please note that our shipping team processes orders quickly, and once an order has been labelled and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. It is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify the address. However, please keep in mind that the timeframe for changes or cancellations can be as short as 1 hour or less, depending on the order volume at the time of your purchase. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Our shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific product you are ordering. Here are some general guidelines:
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days within the domestic (US/Canada) regions. This is the default shipping option for most orders. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days within the domestic (US/Canada) regions. This shipping option is available for select products and may require an additional fee. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: This varies depending on the destination country and customs clearance process. International shipping options are available for customers outside the domestic (US/Canada) regions. Delivery times can range from 7-21 business days or more, depending on the destination. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. It is advisable to review the shipping options and estimated delivery times during the checkout process for the most accurate information regarding your specific order and location.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you in an automated shipping email or SMS text (depending on if you left an email or phone number when you placed the order) once the order has left our shipping facility. If you didn't receive a text or email, it's possible there was a spelling mistake when you input your information, send us an email with as much information about the order such as date, total, products ordered and name and we will look it up for you.
What are your return/exchange, and refund policies?
RETURNS: We only accept returns for unopened, sealed products. If you wish to return a product, please email us at info@lifeblud.co with the details. However, please note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products. Currently, international returns are not accepted, we only accept returns from the US and Canada. Please note that the return label cost will be deducted from your refund, which varies depending on the cost of the return label (generally between $8-15 USD).
DAMAGED PRODUCT: In the case of a defective or damaged product, we can offer an exchange or replacement. Please email us with photos and description of the defect.
REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds or returns if the customer does not enjoy the product or find it beneficial to them, due to the nature of our products and bio-individuality we cannot guarantee a certain outcome or response for everyone. Unless the product received is defective or damaged, all sales are final.

Our shipping team works quickly, and once an order has been labelled and processed, we are unable to edit its contents, shipping address, or cancel the order.
