The Backstory

Modern food has quietly driven us into Vitamin E deficiency.

Vitamin E is the body's primary defense against the oxidation of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA) and excess iron in tissues, blood, and organs. A lifetime of consuming seed oils, fried foods, processed snacks, cereals, and packaged goods pushes the body steadily into Vitamin E deficiency.

Although PUFA-rich foods contain some Vitamin E, it is heat-sensitive and largely destroyed before consumption. Dietary intake alone cannot keep pace with the oxidative burden modern food imposes — supplementation is the practical solution.

The PUFA Problem

Oxidized PUFA accumulates as lipofuscin — cellular waste that ages you.

› Why do I need Vitamin E if I eat reasonably well?

Many of us have decades worth of PUFA stored in our tissues from consuming seed oil-laden foods our whole lives. Whenever these oils are oxidized in our body, they create a downstream of toxic byproducts that can be neutralized if we have adequate supply of vitamin E.

Seed oils are hidden in almost all restaurant food, packaged snacks, and "healthy" products. Vitamin E is also heat-sensitive and largely destroyed in cooking, making it nearly impossible to get adequate amounts through diet alone in modern conditions.

› Why mixed tocopherols instead of just alpha-tocopherol?

Mixed tocopherols better reflect how Vitamin E appears in nature. Using only one isolated form can actually displace the others in the body.

› What does hexane-free extraction mean?

BUCKLE UP ! If you have spots on the face (from the Sun, Previous acne spots, previous marks from scratching) that product IS YOUR PRODUCT. I definitely take it to mitigate the side effects of pufas but I did buy this one to test it on my skin. First of all, I dont put it on my skin, I just take 1 mL per day. And trust me, I am a skin care guru. I tried everything : vitamin C, glycolic acid, Azelaic acid, niacinimide, ferulic acid, retinol, BHA, AHA, name it, I dont remember them all because there’s too many lol… And this is the only thing that removed my spots as quick and fully. It’s not a one day treatment and it’s gone, but it works and it also makes my skin supple. It’s so good I ordered it for my sister and my mom and my mom battled with spots for years and tried many things too. Keep in mind I also dont eat any PUFAS and if I do, I take aspirin, vitamin E, OJ and coconut oil. So am very mindful and eat pretty well. Trying to get a lifestyle. But damn, that is the shit. Adam should advertise it as skin care. Xxx

New Formulation Easier to Use I have been taking this for a few years and have definately noticed a reduction in brown spots and especially for the spider veins on my ankles. Quality Product! I have taken other supposedly high quality brands of Vit.E for years but as LifeBlud says, “the poison was in the product” as they were in a PUFA oil. I finally found LifeBlud and have been taking Antidote for 6 months now and the age spots in my hands are fading. I am 70 years old. I trust that these fading age spots are a sign that Antidote is also working internally against previous years of PUFA intake. Some find the product messy to work with but I just put it in a glass of water and Apple Cider Vinegar along with other liquid and powder supplements, mix, and drink. I dislike taking capsules so appreciate this format. I am thankful for such a high quality product and especially that it is available in Canada. Thank you LifeBlud!
