RETURNS: We accept returns for unopened, sealed products. If you wish to return a product, please email us at email@example.com with the details. However, please note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products. Currently, international returns are not accepted, we only accept returns from the US and Canada.
DAMAGED PRODUCT: In the case of a defective or damaged product, we can offer an exchange or replacement.

How can I track my order? / I didn't receive an email confirmation.
A tracking link will be sent you in an automated shipping email or SMS text (depending on if you left an email or phone number when you placed the order) once the order has left our shipping facility. If you didn't receive a text or email, it's possible there was a spelling mistake when you input your information, send us an email with as much information about the order such as date, total, products ordered and name and we will look it up for you.
